При тяжелой желудочковой аритмии реша-
ется вопрос об имплантации кардиовертеров -
дефибрилляторов.
В прогрессирующей стадии заболевания и
при выраженной систолической дисфункции ЛЖ
важным подходом является пересадка сердца.
Прогноз
Прогноз определяют прогрессирующая СН и
желудочковые аритмии.
