nace. Model of electromechanical fluctuations of flexible cables of the electric arc furnaces is created. The given model
allows to consider these revolting influences. The charts of instantaneous values of phases currents at operational short
circuit are got. The estimation of parametres of autovibrations will allow to raise quality of capacity regulation of the
electric arc furnace. Results of researches can be used for all electroarc furnaces.

The perspective directions of improvement of the anvil block air hammers are considered. In some processes of
treatment by pressure haven’t their alternative is showed. The directions of development of the separate most important
units and mechanisms of the hammers and their comparison to the crank hotstamping presses are contained and
founded. The most important directions are the isolation of vibration, the resistance of rods, the reduction of leakages in
the system of control by a hammer. The one of the more perspective way the reduction of leakages in the system of con-
trol by a hammer is presented.

Research of energy-power parameters of doubled trimming shears of NKMZ production to expand
assortment of cut sheets with a thickness of 40 mm to 50 mm without a significant change in design of shears
was held. Calculation of kinematics and force parameters of cutting using COSMOSMotion, durability is
tested detail, using COSMOSWorks Advansed Professional was made. The main strength of parts with scis-
sors Reza strip thickness of 50 mm are checked.

Research of electric processes in arc electrosteel-smelting furnaces of an alternating current on the basis of the
specified mathematical model is resulted. Laws, dependences and interrelations between the parametres of the furnace
accessible to direct measurement (pressure on a primary winding of the oven transformer, a pressure step, position and
an electrode current) and inaccessible to direct measurement (inductance of an electrode, pressure, active and inductive
resistance of an arch, active resistance scrap, active and jet capacities of furnace) are revealed. Ways of increase of the
active capacity brought in the furnace, without increase of a step of pressure are defined.

Approach is examined to determination of coefficients of unquality of transformation of energy, having a
direct relation to reliability of drive and forecasting the term of his exploitation in the different modes of opera-
tions of electric machine by the analysis of experimental data in the package of MathCAD on the basis of device-
diagnostic complex. The formulated indexes of unquality of transformation of energy are extended by possibilities
of exposure of potential defects, purchased during exploitation, pre-repair service or directly repair.

The analysis of methods of prognostication of quality of the processed surface is conducted for ultra
high speed heat treatment. Chosen as maximally exact and acceptable for determination of the modes of treat-
ment of the developed technological method of the electro-impulsive hardening by lathe turning, method in-use
integral temperature-temporal description and developed algorithm in the software product of MathCAD allow-
ing the model of evolution the thermal fields in real time depending on technological parameters.

Mathematic models of the heat sources power and temperature field optimization, which promote sufficient elec-
tric energy and material expenditures saving due to the optimization of the heating systems construction and heating re-
gimes as well as application of the means of mathematic modeling compared with the experimental selection means, have
been developed. Algorithms, graphic dependencies and obtained data allow to determine and choose the construction pa-
rameters of the heating systems as well as the current strength for the tooth-like welded disks of the arbitrary parameters
are sizes of the welding area, depending on the technology needs without any experiment, which will allow to decrease the
terms and material expenditures caused by the development of new manufacturing processes of the disks.
