МЕТОДЫ ФУНКЦИОНАЛЬНОЙ
ДИАГНОСТИКИ В КАРДИОЛОГИИ
• проба отрицательная (достижение субмак-
симальной или максимальной ЧСС без измене-
ний ЭКГ и без ангинозной боли);
• проба неполная или неинформативная (па-
циент не достиг субмаксимальной ЧСС из-за
причин, не связанных с ангинозной болью или
характерным для ишемии миокарда смещением
сегмента ST);
• проба сомнительная (прекращение нагрузки
вследствие атипичной боли без ишемических из-
менений сегмента ST; прекращение пробы вви-
ду появления нарушений ритма и проводимости;
снижение САД при увеличении мощности нагруз-
ки, когда нет рубцовых изменений на ЭКГ; гори-
зонтальная депрессия сегмента ST не более 0,5 мм
или косовосходящая — до 1 мм).
