сивность, длительность и вид физической
активности; условия окружающей среды

физическая нагрузка; пол; потребление с
пищей и предпочтительную пищу. Все эти
компоненты дают возможность профессио-
налу помочь спортсменам потреблять адек-
ватное количество микроэлементов для оп-
тимального здоровья и высоких результатов.
