facilities has been developed. The model allows to realize the calculation and generalization of
statistical data on the exit of the system with the probable distribution of main parameters.

modeling process of an drawing of box-shaped products from sheet metal // Materials
working by pressure. – 2008. – №1 (19).
The existing analysis methods of metal shaping processes are considered. For modeling the
process of drawing the most effective method of hydrodynamic analogies is chosen. The design of
the device for physical analogue modeling the process of box-shaped products is presented. The
device allows to verify the efficiency of the a method of potentials in calculating of the optimal
shape of billet in intermediate passes.

pressure. – 2008. – №1 (19).
The results of experimentally-industrial researches of transitional processes in the engines of
rolling mill stands during entering are given, and also on leaving from the continuous group of hot
strip. Сombined writing engine torque for process of filling and liberation strip at continuous train
are make to give valuation between cage tension.

machines // Materials working by pressure. – 2008. – №1 (19).
The specifications of main cold rolled machines are reviewed. Its description is given by the
manner of action, by the driving manner of rolls, by the manner of design. Cross and longitudinal
cutting machines are reviewed, as well as the equipment for obtaining stripe as workpiece blank for
consequent cold rolling.

Problem of increase of stability of stamping stamps // Materials working by pressure. –
2008. – №1 (19).
The major factors influencing stability of stamping stamps are considered. Their operation is
accompanied by joint action of two destroying processes - deterioration and weariness. It is proved,
that destruction of stamps has fatigue character. The method of increasing of stability of stamps by
cold extrusion with pressurereverse is offered. Wear resistance of the image on a working surface
can be raised by the combined covering.

pressure. – 2008. – №1 (19).
The conception of creation of economical small-capacity rolling mills for the production of
hot-rolled steel shapes in amounts from 10 000 to 200 000 tons at metallurgical miniplants is
considered in this article. The basic requirements to such rolling mills along with the
recommendations to the creation of rational scemes of rolling and composition of small-capacity
mills for this purpose are also formulated in the article.

parameters of drive of finishing stand of plate mill with speed change of rolling // Materials
working by pressure. – 2008. – №1 (19).
Influence of speed change of rolling on the dynamic parameters of drive of finishing stand
of plate mill is explored. It is set that electric drive of stand can work off the program of change of
speed necessary for the removal thickness differences, but swaying processes in spindles result in
the brief increase of moments of drive by 40÷60%.
