Полученные нами результаты позволяют утверждать, что инициативно-
притязательные характеристики личности студентов-психологов, обучаю-
щихся в гуманитарном и юридическом ВУЗах, различны. В частности, для
студентов КубГУ, по сравнению со студентами КГУМВД РФ, характерна
большая ориентация на ценности самотрансцендентности и консерватизма и
меньшая – на ценности самовозвышения, в мотивационном профиле большая
выраженность ориентации на проявление творческой активности, в эмоцио-
нальном профиле более выражено поведение стенического, стрессоустойчи-
вого характера в ситуации фрустрации.

This article is devoted to discussing the results of a comprehensive study of hos-
pice professionals providing palliative care to patients who are at an incurable stage of
disease. Importance of this research is the need to develop objective criteria for as-
sessing professional success and the creation of psychological support program of
their work. The results showed the possibility of allocating two "qualitatively" differ-
ent groups of hospice staff, and therefore the emotional support of their work should
take into account this specificity.

FEATURES OF AUTOBIOGRAPHICAL MEMORY AT PERSONS

In the last decade in the foreign clinical psychology and psychiatry intensely de-
bated relationship of depressive response to the «perfectionism» - a dysfunctional per-
sonality traits, implying the desire to set excessively high personal standards and as a
consequence - the inability to be satisfied with the results of its operations. In our
work we consider the autobiographical memory as a mental component, closely
linked to H. Depressive and perfectionistic install important components of personal-
ity organization man. In our study, we identified features of autobiographical memory
in young people with high levels of perfectionism.

For the purpose of working out of new approaches to diagnostics of psychologi-
cal adaptation of employees of law-enforcement bodies in extreme conditions of profes-
sional work 347 employees have been surveyed. For the forecast of success of psycho-
logical adaptation in extreme conditions at employees of law-enforcement bodies it is
possible to use definition of functional asymmetry of cerebral hemispheres. Than differ-
ences in indicators of asymmetry of the right cerebral hemisphere are more expressed,
development psychological desadaptation at employees is especially probable.

The article presents selective results of clinico-anthropological investigation of
patients with borderline mental disorders associated with macrosocial stress exposures.
ADMG diagnosed at 71,1% patients. The paper considers epidemiological, clinico-social
(malingering and dissimulation, another p.v. – distortions of internal picture of disease),
existential and synergetic aspects of the ADMG, which were the base of the course of
medico-social rehabilitation and psychotherapy of groups of the investigation.

SUBJECTIVE EXPERIENCE OF INTERNAL CONFLICTS IN STUDENTS

Specificity of emotional regulation of internal conflicts in students has been
studied. Two techniques have been used, namely ‘Values and Their Availability in
Various Life Domains’ and ‘Seven States’ (Fantalova E.B., 2001) [1]. Construct va-
lidity of the last technique has been tested using MMPI, 16-PF questionnaire by
R.Cattell, Spielberger-Hanina Anxiety Scale, ‘Sentences Completeion’ technique.

180 train drivers were examined by clinical testing and dynamic functional
status. They note variation of dynamic condition after incisive stressful situations as

directly after incident, and in more remote period by train drivers. Preclinical disor-
ders were revealed in 45% patients. Illnesses were revealed in 40% patients.

PARAMETERS OF A FUNCTIONAL STATE OF TRAIN DRIVERS WITH
A SYNDROME OF THE STRESSED ADAPTATION

The analysis of diagnostic inspection of 20 train drivers having decrease of group
of professional selection and referred to «group of risk» owing to presence at them
prepathological values of physiological parameters is carried out. The most significant
correlations reflecting interaction of various mechanisms of compensatory-adaptive
reactions in conditions of stressed adaptation and desadaptation are revealed. It is con-
firmed, that infringement of balance between central and peripheral links of regulation
in cardiovascular system is simultaneously shown in deterioration of values of motor
reactions and decrease of reaction of an organism to warning signal.
