The Pumped Storage Power Plant Lang
Ya Shan is located about 300 km west-
wards of Shanghai in Anhui Province
in China.
It is one of the largest in-
stallations in the region with four pump
turbines/generating units and a total
installed capacity of more than 650 MW
in a large underground Power Station
and supplies electricity during peak
times.
