Worthington M. Complete Babylonian. - TY, 2010. - 377 p.
Good recent work on Babylonian, which as I am sure all of you know is a late form of Akkadian, especially used since 2000 BC, eg for Hammurabi's code and all the way into the Biblical period.
This book features Latin script only (with a lesson or two on cuneiform), very morphology-focused, not enough comparisons with Arabic, Hebrew or Aramaic, but it is friendly and worth while. I'm very motivated to finish it.
