Power saving systems of electric drive of centrifugal pump unites
This work is dedicated to the actual technical-economical problem – creation
of the energy saving system of automated electric drive for control of the
centrifugal units.
Mechanisms of centrifugal function (CM) are most mass and энергоемким
consumers of electrical energy. Now in world practice is existence of the stability
tendency of replacement of the non-regulated electric drives of the centrifugal
pumps (CP), compressions, fans for regulated systems. It’s conditioned by
considerable losses of power in application which was used in schemes lately –
pressure and productivity of the CM.
In spite of the most wide-speeded method- throttling-the value of the losses
on the elements of stop valve can reach 50% of consumed power by unit during the
regulation of CP by rotate frequency of the wheel by means of automated electric
drive.
The effective transferring of the centrifugal mechanisms to regulating drive
systems must accompanied by elaborating of the new economized systems of
electric drive which adapted to CP like a control object. As a automated electric
drive system of centrifugal pump the most wide-sprained get electric drives based
on a syndromes engine (AE) by scheme frequency transformer – asynchronous
engine and the system with machine of double supple (MDS) – asynchronous
engine to stator and contact rings of rotor which is bring up the voltage amplitude,
frequency and phase regulated voltage.
Operating conditions of the engine and converter are determined, finally, by
defined parameters of the pipe and the characteristics of the pump. From the point
of view of carry out of researching of the “regulating electric drive - pumping unit
- pipe” in complex was not enough.
Operating conditions, regulation parameters of rotary pump, which are
determining the requirements to the electric drive, are various depending on
purpose of unit. The correct selection of the electric drive system, elaboration of
the optimal engine control and converter rules must be guided by exact
identification of the rotary pump like a load of the drive.
The offered variants of the optimal controlling of asynchronous motor
doesn’t take no account with a adequate features accuracy of the rotary pump and
pipes, like a load of the drive.
For the mentioned systems of the electric drives is necessary to develop the
algorithms of the controlling of suggested electric drive which is allow to minimize
the losses of electric power and reactive power consumption in drive during
controlling of operating conditions of rotary pumps of the units. It is necessary to
develop the united methods to make assessment of the proposed solutions.
