When presenting their Astron building solution to Toyota dealer Tokvila, Astron Builder Rotonda made great use of
the Astron 3D visualization system CYPRION Allplan. Through CYPRION, the customer could become familiar with
the building in advance. The fi nal result was greatly appreciated by Tokvila who now have an elegant, high-quality
and well-functioning sales and service facility with true Toyota appearance.

The 6,000m² garage, comprising 3 fl oors and a basement, is located in Luxembourg city. 1,300m² of the ground
and fi rst fl oor levels are dedicated to “Audi” customer service, as well as a show room to present 20 of its new
models. The workshop itself, with its 11 employees, is on the second fl oor just above the sales and offi ce areas.
The basement and third fl oor are devoted to parking for 74 vehicles. Access to the various fl oors is either by
a ramp or an elevator.
