The lesson was devoted to the revision of shapes and geometrical figures. There were some exercises introducing the topic in the book. At first the students suggested further examples of all shapes that could be seen in the classroom. Later we had an idea that we come across different shapes in our lives and we take it for granted that particular objects have particular shapes. Thus, the students not only leat the shapes covered in the unit (circles, triangles, squares, rectangles) but also some more. Such as: hearts, stars, hexagons and pentagons. At first I was a bit pessimistic about introducing this vocabulary, but it tued out that it is possible to present any vocabulary in an interesting way. More than that, the students worked in cooperation, which helped to create team spirit.
