Серия Handbook on the Physics and Chemistry of Rare Earths издательства Elsevier в содержит большой объем информации по химии и физике редкоземельных элементов.
The Handbook on the Physics and Chemistry of Rare Earths is a continuous series of books covering all aspects of rare earth science – chemistry, life sciences, materials science, and physics. The main emphasis of the Handbook is on rare earth elements [Sc, Y and the lanthanides (La through Lu)] but whenever relevant, information is also included on the closely related actinide elements. The individual chapters are comprehensive, broad, up-to-date critical reviews written by highly experienced invited experts. The series, which was started in 1978, attempts to combine and integrate both the fundamentals and applications of these elements and is usually published at a pace of one volume a year.
Contents
M.R. Norman and D.D. Koelling, Electronic structure, Fermi surfaces, and superconductivity in f electron metals
S.H. Liu, Phenomenological approach to heavy-fermion systems
B. Johansson and M.S.S. Brooks, Theory of cohesion in rare earths and actinides
U. Benedict and W.B. Holzapfel, High-pressure studies – Structural aspects
O. Vogt and K. Mattenberger, Magnetic measurements on rare earth and actinide monopnictides and monochalcogenides
J.M. Fouier and E. Gratz, Transport properties of rare earth and actinide intermetallics
W. Potzel, G.M. Kalvius and J. Gal, M?ssbauer studies on electronic structure of intermetallic compounds
G.H. Lander, Neutron elastic scattering from actinides and anomalous lanthanides
