In this paper the requirements about graphical programming language are formulated. The necessary graphical classes and corresponding graphical operations are discussed. Formulation of the requirements about the graphical language is made using the categories of the object-oriented programming. The paper is summary of the author's experience for creating of two and three dimensional geometrical systems for computer aided design and for data evaluation of scientific experiments. The graphical characteristics may be used when different graphical languages are evaluated and compared or when create a new one.
