Designed to provide protection of
coastal areas, river and lake banks
against the enemy’s assault landing craft
and amphibious tanks.
The PD-1 mine is made up of a body
filled with an explosive charge, fuze, type
VPD-1 with D-10 primer, rod, and
ballast plate.
